Coming from Springbok or Upington follow B1 until you reach Keetmanshoop. Before entering the town, turn left on B4 in direction to Lüderitz.

The shortcut from Grünau can only be used if the Löwen river is low on water. Please contact us before you choose that road.

Follow the road until you reach the left turnoff on gravelroad 463 (~ 28 km after Seeheim, in direction to »Feldschuhhorn«). After 25 km on 463 you will see »Vogelstrausskluft« to your left.

Coming from Windhoek follow B1 until you reach Keetmans- hoop. After you leave the town, change on B4 in direction to Lüderitz.

About 36 km after you have passed Goageb, you reach the right turnoff on gravelroad 463 in direction to »Feldschuhhorn«. After 25 km on 463 you will see »Vogelstrausskluft« to your left.

You can reach us also by using your own or a chartered plane. Close to the Maincamp is an airfield for small aircrafts (S26 57.866 E17 31.127, Bearing 04/22, No. 02, reg. in Namibia Flight Book 2003). Because the airfield is not useable during rain season, please inform us before your arrival. Fuel can not be supplied, but there are several airports around.
